Shipping Policy

Please note that Fulminate and all bundles therein are a preorder product; zines and merchandise will be produced after the preorder period ends.

Project moderators will order enough product to fulfill orders. Any additional product that remains after all preorder and contributor compensation has been shipped may be sold during a leftover sales period, if on-hand quantities allow.

Fulminate is not responsible for legality of ownership of any items. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or other fees (including VAT) applied to all products. Fulminate is also not responsible for any issues caused by ordering via a Group Order Manager and will not replace or refund lost or damaged items.

When do preorders end?

Preorders will be open from May 15 - June 15, 2024. After this time, the store will remain open for digital sales only during the production period. After preorder bundles are shipped, digital sales will remain open during any leftover sales that may occur. When leftover sales are over, the digital order period will also close.

Where is this zine shipping from?

This zine is shipping from the United States.

Will you be able to ship to my country? 

While we hope to offer sales to as many countries as possible, some countries may not be accepting packages from the United States due to postal restrictions & world events. You can see an up-to-date list of those countries here, or check with your post office for more info for your area. 

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or other fees (including VAT) applied to all products. Please note the the EU and the UK may be subject to additional VAT or import fees. 

When will my order ship?

Preorders are expected to ship starting in September 2024. Any changes to this based on production period will be noted on our Twitter and our Instagram through our production updates. Please check our social media for the most up-to-date info on production status!

I changed my address after I ordered! 

We will be sending out an address change form shortly before we ship orders! You may also email us at [email protected] or DM us at our Twitter or Instagram with any address changes. 

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final and are neither refundable nor returnable. If you wish to upgrade your bundle to a higher tier, please email the moderators at [email protected]

Please note that after orders have shipped, the Fulminate team cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost packages. Please contact your local postal services to resolve any issues.
